High-quality hydraulic gear pumps by Marzocchi
Marzocchi hydraulic gear pumps and motors have had a stellar reputation for decades. They are widely applicable, of high quality and produced with high accuracy. A Marzocchi gear pump or motor is available in ALP, GHP and ELIKA. These product series are at Eurodynamica Hydraulics available from stock, directly from our warehouse in IJmuiden, The Netherlands.
Various gear pump models
ALP model
ALP model Marzocchi gear pumps are equipped with an aluminium pump housing, flange and cover. The special highly resistant aluminium alloy minimises distortion at
maximum operating pressure or peak pressures. The gears are made of hardened steel with a special surface treatment. This product design, combined with the cog shape, ensures the lowest possible noise level during operation.
ALP hydraulic gear pumps are available in 4 different assemblies: group ALP1, ALP2, ALP3, ALP35 and ALP4. In addition, the ALM pump is also very suitable for mobile applications due to its relatively low weight.
GHP model
GHP model Marzocchi gear pumps are specially designed for applications with higher operating pressures. These pumps are equipped with an aluminium pump housing.
This housing is made of a special high-resistant aluminium alloy for minimal deformation at maximum operating pressure or peak pressures. The pump flange
and cover are made of high quality cast iron. The gears are made of hardened steel with a special surface treatment. This product design, combined with the
cog shape, results in the lowest possible noise level during operation.
The GHP hydraulic gear pumps are available in 3 different assemblies: group GHP1, GHP2, GHP3 and GHP35.
Marzocchi multi gear pumps
ALP and GHP gear pumps by Marzocchi are also available as multi pumps. The pumps
are connected with a specially designed baying kit. This allows for gear pumps
from different assemblies and models (ALP or GHP) to be coupled.
There are two assembly forms. The compact design and a modular design. Since the compact design allows for many possible combinations, we have a limited stock
of them. The modular design has ample stock.

ALP model Marzocchi gear pumps are equipped with an aluminium pump housing, flange and cover. GHM gear motors
GHM model Marzocchi gear motors are specially designed for applications with higher operating pressures. These pumps are equipped with an aluminium motor housing, made of highly resistant aluminium alloy for minimal deformation at maximum operating pressure or peak pressures. The motor flange and cover are made of cast iron.
The gears are made of hardened steel and the surface has been specially treated. This product design combined with the cog shape results in the lowest possible
noise level during operation.
GHM hydraulic gear motors are available in 3 different assemblies: group GHM1, GHP2 and GHM3. All Marzocchi gear motors, both the ALM and GHM models, undergo a functional test at the factory, which ensures good starting performance.
Direction of rotation
All Marzocchi gear pumps are standard available in both clockwise and counterclockwise versions. In addition, the motors are also available in a 2-directional version. In the latter case, an oil leakage connection is required.
Elika gear pumps (low-noise)
Marzocchi also has a product line of pumps with helical gearing. These pumps are particularly quiet (-15dBA), have significantly less pulsation on the pressure
side of the pump and have a higher efficiency at lower speeds. In cases where the noise level is relevant, these pumps are an interesting alternative to the Marzocchi ALP and GHP models.
The Elika hydraulic gear pumps are available at Eurodynamica Hydraulics in pump group 2 and pump group 3.
